This is a question I get asked on almost a daily basis and you can fill in the blank with any number of ‘wish upon a star’ goals but they usually come down to the same request.

“So , What’s the best way to…..

– lose weight in my belly

– shed the last 10 pounds

– get smaller thighs

– lose my chicken wings

– strengthen my core
