What is Small Group Training?

Small group personal training is more than just an economic alternative to one-on-one training.  Small Group offers the benefits of working with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the private rate plus working out in the same room with others pushes you to a new effort level.

Clients do not have to be at exactly the same fitness levels to benefit from group training. You will receive accountability, motivation, support, experience and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals in this small group environment of 2-4 clients to 1 Certified Personal Trainer

With small group training you can train with a few friends, save money and work on team building all at the same time. I encourage this type of training for groups of friends, sports teams and co-workers as it is fun, challenging and helps focus on team building. During these sessions, Tracy will design full body workouts designed specifically around the group’s goals and levels of fitness. This is a positive and rewarding experience and an excellent way to learn how to work with others to help reach your target goals, both inside and outside of the gym.

What are the Benefits to You?

Less Money. Multiple-client training can provide a more cost-effective service for the clients, since it usually costs less per person than one-on-one training.

More Support. Some clients are quite competitive, and working out with like-minded partners really pushes them that bit further.  For others, it works the opposite way.  Some new exercisers become convinced that they have the worst coordinationing in the world. When they exercise with friends, they realize that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses, and they are not as bad as they first thought!

Is Small Group Fitness Training for You?

If you are motivated by personal attention, and enjoy having someone there to ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly, small group classes may be the option for you. Compared to one on one personal training,  small group fitness is a great saving, and you can still experience tons of encouraging personal attention!
