What are we thinking?

Do you ever feel like you just do the same things over and over without thinking about it and then one day realize, it’s not really working?

This cartoon is a great reminder to THINK about what we are doing and how we can create a healthier “Best” life with the time we have.

I challenge you to come up with ONE healthier option in your daily routine this week-end…one that makes sense in your life.

Ideas?
1. WALKING to the trails where you are going to take a hike instead of driving there?
2. Parking FARTHER from the grocery store entrance instead of closer (and trying to carry the bags to your car instead of in a cart)
3. Sitting on a Body ball at your computer or while you watch tv so you get a little CORE exercise

Stuff like this adds up! I’d LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear your ideas!!
